Key Responsibilities:
? Manage caregiver & client communication
? Ensure efficient scheduling & travel time
? Maintain compliance & report weekly KPIs
? Match caregivers to clients & issue rotas
? Oversee timesheets, training, & absences
? Provide excellent customer service & admin support
? Participate in on-call duties & hands-on care when needed
What Were Looking For:
- Customer service experience
- Scheduling/HR system experience, Business or Social Care qualification, Domiciliary Care background
- Strong admin, IT & organizational skills
- Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities
- Flexible & proactive approach
