Job Title: Health and Social Care Training Officer
Location: Cardiff (Hybrid)
Salary: 24,500 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM (35-hour working week)

About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Health and Social Care Training Officer to join our client in Cardiff. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative workshops to apprenticeship learners enrolled in our health and social care programmes. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that learners are well-prepared to successfully progress in their qualifications, using the most effective and up-to-date training methods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality workshops to apprenticeship learners in the health and social care sector.
  • Implement the latest training approaches to enhance learner engagement and success.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to learners throughout their apprenticeship journey.
  • Monitor and assess learner progress, offering constructive feedback and support.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve training materials and methods.


Requirements:

  • Relevant training experience and qualifications in health and social care.
  • Experience working within an apprenticeship setting.
  • Occupational experience in the health and social care sector.
  • Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
