- You’ll be supervising classrooms in the absence of regular teachers whilst implementing pre-set lesson plans and maintaining discipline.Â
- You’ll help ensure that the students will complete the assigned tasks and stick to school policies and procedures.Â
- You’ll help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel supported and encouraged in their abilities.Â
- You’ll be able to use your communications skills to engage with students and create a conductive learning environment.Â
- Complying with the school policies and reporting any concerns or incidents, but also helping with administrative tasks; Taking attendance, collecting homework and maintaining records.Â
- Fluency in Welsh is essential, with the ability to communicate effectively in both Welsh and English.Â
- Current DBSÂ
- Previous experience working with young people, preferably within an educational setting.Â
- Strong organizational skills, effective prioritisation, and an ability to multitask.Â
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Â
- An ability to maintain calm under stress in a classroom.Â
- A genuine passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on students' lives.Â
- This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, following the school's operating hours.Â
