In this role, you will efficiently manage a caseload of claims, ensuring the timely and accurate collection of damages, costs, and disbursements. You will conduct thorough file reviews to allocate funds appropriately to clients, suppliers, and firm costs, achieve business-set KPIs, and contribute to team targets for cash collection and settlements. Maintaining compliance with the Solicitors’ Accounts Rules, GDPR/DPA regulations, and internal policies is essential.
Additionally, you will communicate effectively with clients, insurance companies, and suppliers, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.

About you
- You’ll understand the Solicitors’ Accounts Rules and GDPR/DPA.
- You have experience in customer service, with a preference for backgrounds in personal injury claims or similar environments.
- A proactive team player with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent attention to detail.
- High standards of client confidentiality and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Problem-solving abilities and sound judgment, knowing when to seek additional guidance.
- A Law Degree or LPC is desirable.
