Description
- Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries.
- Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories, giving instructions.
- Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, issuing visitor badges.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Tidy and maintain the reception area.
- Schedule appointments and maintain updated calendars.
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries.
- Assist with various administrative tasks when necessary.
Profile
A successful Receptionist should have:
- Proven experience in a receptionist or front office role.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm.
- A friendly and professional demeanour.
- Able to manage there social media accounts - Facebook & Instagram
