Thorn Baker is working in collaboration with a client to source an Operations Manager to support across multiple contracts, delivering exceptional service within the agreed budgets, achieve profit growth, maintaining contract and staff retention, whilst adhering to the companies core values

The role includes but it not limited to;

  • Lead, develop and and support the operations department to ensure company operational targets are met, including service retention, delivery and growth.
  • Ensure the operations department is running well enough to maintain client satisfaction is consistent
  • Continue to hit contract retention targets whilst maintaining and developing new ones
  • Drive professional working relationships with all new or current clients and contracts
  • Follow all of the companies legislative requirements and company procedures 
  • Ensure full delivery of Health and Safety and quality procedures across all sites 
  • Continued recruitment for staffing levels and contract maintenance 
  • Manage and review staff performance and growth 
  • Control overheads and operational costs 
  • Remain knowledgeable and up to date with the companies environmental campaigns 
  • Adhere to all accreditations

A background of working within the Facilities Management, (predominantly soft services) is must, as is a full clean driving licence and a desire to grow within a forward think SME.
