SEN Teaching Assistant (part time/full time, temporary)

Vision for Education are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant around the Launceston area to support children aged between 11-16 in the classroom under the direction of the class teacher. The Teaching Assistant role is varied and will involve supporting children in small groups and on a 1:1 basis starting ad hoc which may lead to a short/long term contract for the right candidate.
Requirements:
The desired Teaching Assistant will:
- Hold a Teaching Assistant qualification.
- Have recent experience supporting children aged 11-16.
- Have a patient and caring nature.
- Have the ability to engage students.
