Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant - Immediate Start!!!Salary: £21,000 - £23,000 per annum

We are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our school community in Plymouth. This full-time, permanent role is available for an immediate start and provides a fantastic opportunity to work with students who have Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and other learning challenges in an inclusive and nurturing environment.

• Student-Centred Support: Deliver one-on-one and small-group support to SEN students, helping them engage with lessons and develop essential skills.
• IEP Implementation: Collaborate with teachers to follow and adapt Individual Education Plans (IEPs), tailoring support to meet each student's specific needs.
• Promote Positive Behaviour: Encourage constructive behaviour and assist students in building their social and emotional skills, contributing to a positive classroom atmosphere.
• Progress Monitoring: Track and report on student development, sharing valuable feedback with teachers and parents to support their growth.

• Experience: Previous experience in an SEN or related role is an advantage, but we welcome applicants who are committed to making a difference in the lives of children.
• Skills: Excellent communication, patience, adaptability, and a nurturing approach to working with students.
• Qualifications: GCSE Maths and English proficiency is preferred, though not essential for the right candidate.
