Site Agent

Brownlee Cale are recruiting for an experienced Senior Site Agent to deliver a civil engineering scheme in Cumbria

Your duties will include:

• Contribute to the weekly collaborative planning.
• Challenging the design for value engineering and ensuring a high quality of delivery on site.
• Managing and overseeing the daily site operations
• Monitoring site timelines and managing the budgets/resources.
• Managing SHEQ and RAMS
• Leading and motivating the site teams to ensure that all works are carried out on programme
• Completing daily site diaries.

About you:

• Previous management and site experience within a Tier 1 or large Tier 2 civil engineering contractor.
• Be a positive, proactive and goal orientated 
• You will have a Degree or HNC in civil engineering qualification or equivalent.
• You will hold a valid CITB CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid

This is a temporary role for circa 16 - 25 weeks, with prospects for further work for high performing candidates.
