- Proven track record in credit control, with the ability to manage processes confidently.
- Familiarity with credit agencies and procedures.
- Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone.
- Keen attention to detail and precision in all tasks.
- Competency in Excel and Outlook; SAP Business One experience is a bonus.
- Take full ownership of your own ledger.
- Proactively engage with customers to ensure timely payments, contributing to both individual and team targets.
- Accurately allocate incoming payments to customer accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams, nationwide branches, and external stakeholders to efficiently resolve any issues.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, addressing concerns or forwarding them to the relevant departments.
- Maintain a detailed, up-to-date ledger, following company guidelines on potential bad debts.
