Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday
Location: Carlisle
We are recruiting for a well established business in Carlisle, who are looking for an experienced builder with minimum of 5 years experience.
The successful candidate MUST have a drivers licence.
Responsibilities:
- Prepping and cleaning the construction areas
- Delivering and distributing supplies
- Assisting workers with equipment
- Helping on small building tasks
- Using heavy machinery appropriately
- Erecting, maintaining and dismantling scaffolding
- Understanding technical drawings
- Soundproofing or waterproofing structures
- Laying pipes
- Supervising contractors as part of a project
- Planning new developments as part of a construction team
- Applying insulation
