This company is well established and has a turnover in excess of 195 million pounds. The company are now recruiting for a Sales Administrator on a full-time and permanent basis. Ideally you'll have some finance / accounts experience, but full training will be given. If you would like to be part of a forward-thinking business and have a job with excellent career prospects, then please get in touch.Your new role as the Sales Administrator:• Complete weekly store audits• Reconciliation of store sales to cash/cards/voucher payments• Follow up/investigate discrepancies• Deal with credit card charge-backs by collecting relevant information and responding to Worldpay within timelines• Log manual credit card slips and remit for payment• Arrange and order new data and equipment in advance of new store openings• Send documentation/supplies to stores as and when required• Ensure stores have relevant information regarding floats, gift cards etc• Post journals• Reconcile allocated suspense accounts• Any other general finance administration as and when requiredExperience and Skills required to apply:• Flexible approach to work and the ability to work as part of a team• Able to prioritise workloads in order to meet deadlines• Attention to detail and accuracy• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and OutlookKenton Black Finance operate across the UK as a market leading recruitment partner, specialising in the attraction of finance talent across both permanent and interim requirements.
