Job Title: Retail Site Manager (Roofing)

Rate: £280 - £320 per day

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Retail Site Manager to oversee a 16-week re-roofing project at Morrisons. The ideal candidate must have roofing experience and be confident managing contractors, timelines, and health & safety compliance in a live retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring work is completed on time and to standard.
• Manage roofing contractors, deliveries, and materials.
• Enforce health & safety regulations, including working at height compliance.
• Liaise with Morrisons management and project stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and quality checks.
• Provide regular progress reports.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing retail or supermarket roofing projects.
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and safety regulations.
• Valid CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certification.
