Business Support Administrator

£12.50 per hour

Carlisle Area

Duties :

  • Coordinating and managing calendars, meetings, and appointments for executives and teams.
  • Serving as the point of contact for internal and external inquiries, handling calls, and responding to emails.
  • Maintaining databases, records, and filing systems, often using software like Excel, CRMs, or enterprise systems.
  • Preparing, reviewing, and organising documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Keeping track of inventory and ensuring that the office has the necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations, including office maintenance, organising repairs, and ensuring a smooth work flow.
  • Managing relationships with suppliers, contractors, and service providers, including negotiating contracts or handling payments.
  • Booking rooms, preparing agendas, and organising catering or other services for meetings and events.
  • Assisting with the organisation of company events, conferences, or employee gatherings.
  • Recording notes during meetings and distributing action points or decisions to relevant parties.

Key requirements and skills:

  • Experience working in a administrator position
  • Right to work in the UK
  • High level of communication
  • experience taking minutes within care proceedings (desired)
