If you're looking for a rewarding career that offers variety and the chance to make a positive impact on the lives of others, this is the opportunity for you.What You'll Do:* Provide personalized support to individuals with complex needs, including physical disabilities, learning disabilities, and mental health issues.* Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care (washing, dressing, assisting with toileting), ensuring dignity and respect for each individual.* Work independently and make sound decisions in the field. * Document your work effectively through clear and concise report writing.* Travel within Cumbria/Kendal areas to support individuals in their homes or communities. We're looking for Support Workers who:

• Are Compassionate and Dedicated: You have a genuine desire to help others and are committed to providing excellent care.
• Are Experienced: You have at least 6 months of experience supporting individuals with complex needs.
• Are Skilled in Personal Care: You are comfortable and confident in providing personal care with empathy and respect.
• Are Decision-Makers: You have the ability to make quick and sound judgments when necessary.
• Are Excellent Communicators: You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Are Reliable and Responsible: You have a strong work ethic and are committed to providing consistent support.
• Are Mobile: You have a valid driver's license and access to a car for travel throughout Cumbria/Kendal areas.

• PMVA training: We can provide this if you don't have it.

Earn a Competitive Salary:£15 - £24 per hourAdditional Requirements:
