Carleton Clinic is seeking compassionate Healthcare Assistants (HCA) to join our CNTW team and provide essential support within a positive and collaborative environment.

- Flexible Schedule: We offer a variety of shift options to suit your individual needs, including day, night, and weekend shifts.
- Competitive Pay: Earn a competitive hourly rate based on experience and shift type:
* Weekday (Monday-Friday): £15 per hour
* Night (Saturday): £18 per hour
* Sunday/Bank Holidays: £24 per hour

We're looking for HCAs who:
- Have at least 6 months of NHS experience in mental health in UK
- Are natural communicators and build strong relationships with patients.
- Are dedicated to providing patient-centered care with empathy and compassion.
- Have up-to-date immunization records.
- Hold an Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service.
- Are eligible to work in the UK without work restrictions
