As we prepare to launch TeenCYZ, our refreshed 3-year strategy which responds to the needs, interests and ambitions of GenAlpha, we are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to lead our fundraising and development goals. Crucially, we have strong foundations to work from; a motivated and skilled team, a forward-thinking plan, a city and network packed with supporters, and a Youth Zone full of young people who make our mission real every day.

If this picture generates a sense of purpose and energy in you, and you are someone with confidence and vision who relishes the opportunity to harness these strengths alongside flexing, adapting and responding to the opportunities and challenges of the sector, then we’d LOVE to hear from you! To conserve all the good stuff we are currently delivering, we have an annual income goal of £1 million. We also take our responsibility to respond to young people’s ideas for their Youth Zone seriously, meaning development, partnerships and growth is part of our plan. You’ll need experience, skills and qualities that can build and nurture fruitful relationships, communicate in ways that inspire and motivate action, lead with passion and purpose to achieve results, and vision to position and platform CYZ as a leading example of the power of youth work within multiple settings and audiences. This is a rare opportunity to join us as a Senior Leader, becoming part of a team bursting with dedication to fulfilling our goals, and with considerable scope to shape our future.
