Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Band 6 Occupational Therapist with expertise in acute settings to join the team at Glangwili General Hospital. This role involves providing comprehensive assessments, planning interventions, and delivering exceptional care to patients in fast-paced acute environments.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct detailed assessments for patients in acute settings.
- Plan and deliver individualized occupational therapy interventions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support effective care planning.
- Manage a varied caseload, ensuring high standards of care.
- Support service improvement initiatives and supervise junior team members.
- Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy.
- HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
- Minimum 6 months of NHS experience, including acute settings.
- Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
