This organisation is seeking a proactive and organised individual to join their team on a permanent basis. Your new roleYour new role as Office Manager is a varied role where you will be responsible for numerous different tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Overseeing the daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Managing the office supplies inventory and placing orders as necessary.
  • Coordinating with the IT department on all office equipment.
  • Ensuring the office is clean, organised, and well-maintained.
  • Handling administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
  • Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Liaising with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services.
  • Planning in-house or off-site activities, such as parties, celebrations, and conferences.

What you'll need to succeedThe successful candidate will be an individual who has proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role. You will be a highly organised individual with great time-management skills. You must possess strong written and verbal communication skills. You must also be an IT-savvy individual who is proficient in using the Microsoft Office package. The successful candidate will be able to multitask and prioritise their workload, whilst working with attention to detail and a problem-solving approach.
