Internal Sales Executive/Account Manager- Carnforth (2 vacancies available)Salary £30-35k basic plus uncapped commission PermanentAxon Moore is extremely excited to be representing a global market leader, looking for their next sales superstars.Our client boasts a list of high-end clients from major high-end retailers to celebrities and everything in between.The role will initially be based in a spectacular office in Carnforth, that has just undergone a half a million-pound renovation but will have the scope to move to an office in Chorley and will also in time offer hybrid working.This role will also, on top of the base salary offer a fuel allowance for candidates traveling out of a reasonable commute to accommodate fuel costs.The realistic and modest commission structure for the first 3 years is as follow, however please note this is uncapped and realistically could be substantially higher for the successful candidate.Year 1- £5k, Year 2- £10-£20k, Year 3- £15-£30kMore about this incredible roleThe Sales Executive is responsible for converting the leads from the residential sector of the company into orders and sales. This is an ‘in-house’ sales role, conducted mainly by phone, email, and other IT supporting tools. It includes all activities part of the selling process, such as leads management; leads qualification; identification and articulation of prospects’ needs into solutions; pricing and quoting to win (and be aligned with margins targets); proactively following the sales process and all activities needed to succeed including resilient relationships with all stakeholders involved; closing the sales and agreeing all the terms and conditions; ensuring the orders are invoiced and shipped in a timely manner; and other similar activities.A more in-depth job specification will be provided to successful candidates.If you are an experienced Sales Account Manager or Sales Executive or Graduate looking for an incredible career, then this is the role for YOU!
