Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will work with children and their families to support the development of fine motor skills, sensory processing, daily living activities, and overall independence. The therapist will conduct assessments, create individualized intervention plans, and collaborate with educators, healthcare providers, and families to ensure optimal outcomes for each child.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assessment and Evaluation:

    • Conduct thorough assessments of children’s physical, sensory, cognitive, and social-emotional development.
    • Use standardized tools and clinical observations to identify strengths, challenges, and areas for intervention.
  2. Intervention Planning and Implementation:

    • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to the child’s needs and goals.
    • Address developmental delays, sensory integration challenges, motor skills, and self-care skills.
    • Utilize play-based and evidence-based techniques to engage children during therapy.
