SEN Teaching Assistant needed for a Primary & Secondary SEN School in Carshalton set for immediate start.

Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs? Join our dedicated team as a SEN Teaching Assistant in a specialist school for students with Autism (ASD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), and complex needs.

Location: Carshalton
School Type: Primary & Secondary SEN School
Start Date: Immediate or as soon as possible
Salary : £85 to £95 per day PAYE
Hours : 8:30am To 4pm

The Role:
  • Provide tailored support to students with ASD, PMLD, and complex needs.
  • Assist teachers with planning and delivering engaging, inclusive lessons.
  • Support students’ personal care and physical needs where necessary.
  • Create a positive and safe learning environment, working collaboratively with staff and therapists.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience working with children with SEN (preferred but not essential).
  • A compassionate, patient, and proactive approach.
  • Willingness to engage in training and develop your skills further.
  • A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
