About the Logistics Specialist Role

As a Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of aircraft materials and supporting items to and from the hangar. This includes managing the input, control, and return of aircraft materials, as well as conducting quality checks on all associated paperwork. You will also be responsible for assuring that all maintenance equipment and accessories are correctly positioned within the maintenance areas, and for coordinating consumable and expendable material within the maintenance area.

The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, systematic behaviour, and a commitment to continuous improvement. You will also need to demonstrate the ability to manage day-to-day tasks, understand and interpret stakeholder expectations, and take the initiative in sustaining customer satisfaction under pressure.



Key Requirements for the Logistics Specialist Role

  • A valid driving license
  • Forklift license (desirable)
  • Experience in warehouse/logistics systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
  • Able to drive 3.5 tonne vehicle.
