Finance Assistant

Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant eager to take on more responsibility?

I am recruiting for a great group of companies based in the Durham area who are looking to expand their finance team. My client is seeking an experienced finance professional to join their team of five.

Ideally you will be a driven individual who is looking to take on more responsibility, you will be working in a fast paced environment and will be responsible for accurate accounts processing across the entire group.

Typical duties will include:

• Maintaining financial records
• Assisting with the preparation of report, statements and forecasting
• Assisting with month and year end
• Accounts payables and accounts receivable
• Reconciliation across all companies
• Adhoc accounts administration

Ideal candidates:

• Recent experience in a similar role
• Strong Excel and accounting software knowledge
• Experienced in working within a fast paced environment
• A flexible approach to work with the ability to multi-task
• Willingness to grow with the role and business
