What We’re Looking For: We need experienced professionals with a deep understanding of children's residential care or those with transferable skills recognized by Ofsted. You should have at least 2 years of experience managing a team and be committed to delivering the highest standards of care.

Qualifications:

  • You should hold, or be working towards, a Level 3 Children’s Residential/Children’s Workforce qualification or a Level 4 Children, Young People, and Families Practitioner (Residential).
  • A full UK driving licence is essential, as you’ll play a vital role in supporting our young people by driving them to important appointments, school, social activities, and family visits.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive starting salary of £34,812.34, with the opportunity for an increase after a successful 6-month probation period.
  • A fulfilling work schedule of 56.5 hours per week, including sleep shifts, giving you the chance to form meaningful connections with the children in your care.
  • Your shifts will be based on a 3-week rolling rota, with an average of 10 shifts per month, totaling 244.5 hours.
