Our client is a consultancy which provides a security service, they provide assessments and surveys and build a long-standing client relationship. They need another sales and retention advisor to join their team and arrange renewals assessment visits for existing clients, call lapsed clients and respond to incoming enquires that need booking in. The role is mainly outbound calling with a focus of client relationship building and keeping in touch, there is monthly bonus for achieving assessment visit targets which is very achievable.

Responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with customers daily over the phone and email
  • Arrange appointments visits for assessors
  • Keeping the CRM data up to date
  • Handle queries
  • Process quotations
  • Schedule workload on the CRM system
  • Liaise with the scheduling team pass on the booking information

Skills & experience:

  • Previously worked within a sales role where targets have been met.

Hours of work:

Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm & Friday 9am to 4pm.
