Exciting opportunity to join a Health & Safety provider at a time of substantial growth. As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for outbound calling to warm leads identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This role involves ongoing retention of new and renewal clients to support business development activities while upholding high service standards.

Duties:

* Outbound calling to warm leads
* Maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and ongoing business.
* Coordinating health and safety consultants, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
* Administration tasks, including scheduling, document preparation, and customer communication.
* Collaborate with internal departments to streamline operations and enhance client service delivery.

To be considered for this role you must have experience in Customer Service and/or Sales.. ideally from a service led environment.
