Payroll AdministratorSalary: £25,000 to £28,000

Elevation Accountancy & Finance are supporting a leading business based in Castleford in their search for a skilled Payroll Administrator to join their close-knit team. This is an initial temporary role, 3 Months FTC with chance of extension. Reporting to the Group Payroll Manager, you will assist with payroll processing, including pensions, deductions, and compliance tasks.

Key Duties of the Payroll Administrator:

  • Prepare payroll files and schedules.
  • Process expenses, bonuses, and third-party deductions.
  • Ensure compliance with HMRC updates and starter paperwork.
  • Handle payroll approvals and system updates.
  • Issue P45s, payslips, and third-party payment requests.

About You:

  • Payroll admin experience in a large business 
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Adaptable, eager to learn, and deadline-driven

This role is for an immediate start, working Mon - Thursday in the office and Friday WFH.
