Sharps Bedrooms is the UKs market-leading specialist retailer of fully fitted bedroom furniture. We are looking to recruit a field-based Installations Manager covering the West London, Surrey, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Middlesex postcode areas.

In this key role you will be responsible for managing our bedroom installations within your own geographical area on a contract-by-contract basis. Reporting directly to the National Installations Manager, you will be responsible for the recruitment and management of professional installers and ensuring the highest standards of customer service, health and safety and for delivering on time, on cost.

You will be target driven and motivated to work to a number of installation-driven targets, including the recruitment and retention of installers for your team. You will be self-motivated, with proven planning and organisational skills, and have the ability to work remotely but still motivate your installers. You will need a hands on approach resolving any specific customer issues that may arise. You will be a positive and driven individual, with strong interpersonal skills giving you the ability to encourage and communicate confidently.

The successful applicant will already be able to demonstrate successful people management experience within a trade environment.
