What will the role entail?

  • Speaking to customers and resolving their queries effectively

  • Delivering small assignments and completing training booklets
  • Learning all about the day-to-day functions of a multi-departmental organisation
  • Answering the phone and online enquiries
  • Providing after-sales support
  • Working closely with other departments within in the business
