What will the role entail?
- Speaking to customers and resolving their queries effectively
- Placing reservations and taking payments
- Completing office administration tasks such as filing, data entry and sending emails
- Delivering small assignments and completing training booklets
- Learning all about the day-to-day functions of a multi-departmental organisation
- Answering the phone and online enquiries
- Providing after-sales support
- Working closely with other departments within in the business
