A well established multi-disciplinary construction consultancy, based in Surrey, are seeking a Quantity Surveyorto join their team.
They have built a strong reputation in the industry and work in a number of sectors, including Residential, Hotels, Education and Landscapes.
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be joining an organisation founded on the principle of employing the very best people in the industry.
About the role:
There are two roles available andQuantity Surveyor and salary is commensurate with experience.
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be joining a multi disciplinary consultancy and be responsible for (but not limited to):
- Cost estimating
- Managing the tender process
- Regular reporting to the client
- Facilitating cost control from inception through to completion
- You will be expected to advise on contracts, warranties, professional appointments and all other legal aspects of projects.
- Contract Administration
The successful Quantity Surveyorwill have every opportunity to progress to a more senior role within the company should they desire.
About the requirements:
- The successful Quantity Surveyor needs to have experience of managing a range of projects.
- Experience working on projects ranging in value
- Exceptional client facing skills are prerequisite as is the ability to manage projects ranging in value.

- Up to 65,000 (DOE)
