What will you do?
Advise on a full residential conveyancing caseload relating to:
- Sales & purchases (of leasehold & freehold properties)
- Lease matters, remortgaging, shared & joint ownership & more
- (You won't advise on new build transactions)
- Those with any managerial experience who are able to guide more junior fee earners are encouraged to apply, although this is not necessary
What will you need?
- Being qualified is NOT a requirement of this role
- You will either be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with at least 3 years residential conveyancing experience OR
- Be an unqualified fee earner with at least 3 or 4 years’ experience handling your own residential conveyancing caseload
- This role can be offered at a senior level
