What will you do?

Advise on a full residential conveyancing caseload relating to:

  • Sales & purchases (of leasehold & freehold properties)
  • Lease matters, remortgaging, shared & joint ownership & more
  • (You won't advise on new build transactions)
  • Those with any managerial experience who are able to guide more junior fee earners are encouraged to apply, although this is not necessary

What will you need?

  • Being qualified is NOT a requirement of this role
  • You will either be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with at least 3 years residential conveyancing experience OR
  • Be an unqualified fee earner with at least 3 or 4 years’ experience handling your own residential conveyancing caseload
  • This role can be offered at a senior level
