Our well-regarded client are looking for two experienced Solicitors to join their Commercial Property team in Somerset within both of their offices.
Ideally you will have at least 3 years PQE, in order to be considered for this opportunity and you will be responsible for managing your own caseload and be focussed on delivering the best possible outcomes for their clients. The right candidate will demonstrate high levels of accuracy, knowledge of Firms and Departmental needs and procedures, ensuring deadlines are met.
Key Attributes include:
- Ability to negotiate effectively
- Knowledge of property development,plot developments, bank finance work, leases and licences.
- Ensure the highest level of client care
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A sense of initiative and enthusiasm
- Good IT skills
They are a firm that will look to support and develop your career from day one and this is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to flourish in a collaborative team environment. They will look to provide a starting of between £45,000 - £55,000, dependent on experience and this will look to increase, once established.
