What will you do?  

• Manage your own employment caseload
• Handle a mix of contentious & non-contentious employment work
• Act largely for corporate employers on respondent matters, but also advise claimants (at senior executive level)
• Work closely with and be supported by other departments - handle corporate support work
• Be involved in high value, technically complex & challenging work
• If not there already, you will be fully supported to reach your full potential

• To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive
