This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading a precision engineering company where you will receive full training into estimating, have the opportunity to step off the tools and develop further both internally and technically.

The company which has been established since the 1980s, has developed a strong reputation working alongside a variety of high-profile clients, operating in sectors such as Aerospace, Defence and Oil and Gas, predominantly focusing on Grinding, Fabricating, Shotblasting, Assembly and Testing services to support their complex range of products.

The role will involve maintaining the high calibre of our distinctive products and guarantee that they are delivered to the client on schedule, you will be working closely with our suppliers, joining a small yet vital team of estimators and applying a strong cross team collaborative methodology.

This position will be ideal for someone with experience in CNC machining who wants to advance in their career as an estimator or who wants to step away from the tools and take on a more independent role with greater responsibility and a strong desire to learn and grow within the company.

The Role:

*Transition from hands-on CNC machining to a technical estimator role, with full training provided.
*Collaborate with suppliers and a small team to deliver high-quality, precision-engineered products for blue-chip clients.
