An exciting new opportunity has just arrived in our local area for an experienced assembler to join our client on an ongoing basis located in Charlton.
You will be responsible for assisting in the manufacturing of products on time and to company standards. Training will be provided.
Main duties will be:
- Drillinghinges and handles onto frames, using drills, screwdriver and various hand tools.
- Working as part of a team to ensure targets are met.
- General warehouse tasks as reasonably required.
The ideal candidates will meet the following criteria:
- Ability to use a drill / hand tools.
- Able to start immediately.
- Ideally possess experience in a manufacturing background.
- Ability to follow instructions and follow procedures.
- Reliable and hard-working.
- Strong attention to detail.
Hours and Pay;
Monday to Thursday 7am – 4pm Friday 7am – 1pm
Basic hourly pay rate £12, overtime of £18 paid if working on Saturday
