Key Responsibilities:

  • Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients through professional, insightful consultations via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
  • Actively listen to clients' needs to determine their requirements and recommend bespoke solutions.
  • Develop, oversee, and present proposals that align with client specifications and uphold the company’s high standards.
  • Conduct thorough site surveys across the UK and occasionally abroad, assessing each site for design feasibility.
  • Maintain meticulous records, client logs, and databases to ensure streamlined project management and communication.

Ideal Candidate Profile:


The successful candidate will be an engaging, confident communicator with a blend of technical and creative skills, ideally possessing:

  • Experience in a customer-focused, consultative sales role, with proven ability to liaise effectively through various communication channels.
  • Knowledge of measuring, surveying, and an understanding of materials, structural capacities, and design principles—particularly in bespoke or manufacturing environments.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, SketchUp, or AutoCAD would be highly advantageous.
  • Basic computer literacy is essential for managing client data, project details, and proposal submissions.
