Outline of the RBA

This RBA really care about their staff. They have recently overhauled all their benefits and pay scales so they remain in line with inflation and the extra effort required by surveyors to register. They understand how hard you work and want to keep you rewarded as such.

Youll also be able to progress whether that is to increase your registration class and move to Senior or Principal. Or, conversely, you can opt to take a part time route.

This role is because they know as a registered building inspector you can end up travelling to much. They have separated the area to give you a limited coverage which will be close to home. There is already a steady stream of work which means no business development or fee targets.

The projects you will work on include:

residential, HMOs, flat blocks, industrial units and building up to 18m (you can work under supervision if this is beyond your registration level)
