What is the job of a Human Resources Administrator:I’m partnered with a multinational business who is keen to expand their Human Resources Team, this huge company is financially investing in creating a Human Resource team capable of dealing with a wide variety of company responsibilities! 

Day-to-day of the role for the Human Resources Administrator:-    Ensuring employees are giving accurate feedback for you to implement in company procedures-    Organising company training courses, carrying out wellness meetings and questionnaires-    Staying up to date on company healthy and safety to maintain the office spaces-    Learning and educating employees on a variety of systems, new company policies and procedures etc., 

Required skills and qualifications for the Human Resources Administrator:-    Previous HR experience is required for this role -    Being able to articulate what you have learnt to employees-    A basic understanding of IT and software-    A CIPD qualification is very useful for this role
