Accountabilities:
- Provide comprehensive HR business partnering support to various stakeholders within the business
- To ensure the company is compliant with UK employment legislation
- Provide advice on a range of organisational issues
- Effect change throughout the business and strive to gain traction from stakeholders regarding new HR policies and initiatives
- To support senior managers with recruitment processes
- To offer a point of contact for staff to escalate concerns
- To support the management with assessment of training needs and performance review procedures.
Essential Skills:
- Experience of working in a fast-paced, commercial HR environment is essential
- CIPD Level 5 or 7 would be advantageous
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to maintain skills knowledge, particularly relation to Employee Legislation, using own initiative
- Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with staff and management at all levels
- Flexible in personal approach
- Good problem solving skills
