Trainee Debt Collector Responsibilities:
- Learn and understand the debt recovery process and relevant legal regulations.
- Assist in contacting individuals or businesses with outstanding debts via phone, email, or letters.
- Support the team in negotiating payment plans and settlements with debtors.
- Update and maintain accurate records of communication with debtors and payment agreements.
- Learn to handle objections and excuses from debtors in a professional manner.
- Assist in the preparation of statements and reports related to collection efforts.
- Collaborate with the team to meet collection targets and goals.
- Develop skills in using debt collection software and tools.
Trainee Debt Collector Requirements:
- No previous experience required, full training will be provided.
