- Managing conveyancing files from quote through to exchange
- Opening new files and conducting necessary checks
- Supporting post-exchange and post-completion with the assistance of dedicated support staff
- Handling basic sales files and preparing contracts
- Preparing land law packs and managing leasehold work (experience in leasehold work is an advantage)
- Conducting online searches, dealing with third parties, and reviewing search results
- Drafting reports for review by fee-earners
- Completing and managing AP1 applications
- Providing exceptional client service throughout the process
- Proven experience as a conveyancing paralegal, with the ability to manage files independently
- Familiarity with all aspects of the conveyancing process, including liaising with third parties, conducting searches, and drafting documents
- Ability to multitask and step in to assist colleagues when needed
- Detail-oriented, with strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
