They are currently seeking a professional and experienced Residential Property Legal Secretary/ Paralegal to join their team in the Maidstone area. Key Responsibilities:Supporting one of the Partners: Provide comprehensive support to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.  General Duties: Assist with various administrative and clerical tasks, including but not limited to:
  • Drafting and formatting legal documents and correspondence
  • Managing and organising client files
  • Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
  • Answering phone calls and handling client inquiries
  • Conducting property searches and preparing reports
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in transactions
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience in fee-earning or support roles within residential property, including secretarial positions.
  • A thorough understanding of the conveyancing process is essential.
  • Skills: Must be able to hit the ground running, utilising prior experience effectively.
  • Personality: Approachable, team player with a proactive attitude.
