Paralegal – Court Of Protection – Tonbridge Do you want to work with a caring and efficient firm where team well-being is highly priortised? Do you want to work for a firm where you are respected as a valuable asset and progression is actively encouraged with a clear career path? This is a fantastic new role for a focused and conscientious Paralegal with Court of Protection experience to join this highly regarded and successful team in providing outstanding and personable client service and care. An opportunity to work on high quality transactional work and to manage your own caseload whilst enhancing your skills and experience. You will be supporting Supervisors and other Fee Earners within the team, covering duties such as: drafting and preparing accurate correspondence and documentation, dealing with client enquiries and attending meetings, managing and filing case information and documentation, dealing with administration and financial aspects of Court of Protection, Power of Attorney and Trust matters, along with assisting with marketing events, client relationship retention and development and any other tasks appropriate to the team. ABOUT YOU:They are seeking a highly collaborative team player with excellent information assimilation and analysis skills. You will be empathetic, careful and organised with effective and attentive communication ability. They are also seeking good typing skills of 55wpm or more.
