They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring organizational efficiency and effectiveness. This is a full time, permanent role attracting a salary of up to 60,000 plus benefits.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing human resources functions, driving financial performance through P&L management and optimising operational processes. This role requires strategic leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
- Oversee daily operational activities to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline processes.
- Monitor and analyse operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance workflow and overall business performance.
- Work closely with Directors to drive growth across the Group
Human Resources (HR) Management:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development programs.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Manage the relationship with external HR support
Profit & Loss (P&L) Management:
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Analyse financial statements to track revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategic financial initiatives.
- Drive financial performance by setting and achieving P&L targets.
Leadership & Team Development:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Conduct performance evaluations and support career development plans.

- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of people management, financial management, and operational processes.
