The Role

As a Project Manager (Security Systems Bias), you will play a pivotal role in overseeing high-level commercial security system installations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage security projects from initiation to completion, overseeing design, installation, and handover.
Collaborate with clients to meet security needs, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Plan and oversee budgets, timelines, and resources, coordinating with teams and suppliers.
Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project quality through site visits and troubleshooting.
Provide reports on progress and finances, supporting estimating teams and upholding company policies.

The Ideal Candidate

A hands-on Security Project Manager with a problem-solving mindset, thriving in fast-paced environments and managing projects from concept to completion. About you:

Expertise in CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms, and Security Systems
Experience managing £100k - £500k+ security projects
Skilled in design, value engineering, and estimating
Adaptable, hands-on leader with mentoring abilities
Valid UK Driver's License & Enhanced DBS Check (schools & prisons)

Desirable:

Experience in high-end security projects
Background as a Project Engineer stepping up
Knowledge of Gallagher, Salto, Avigilon systems
