Financial Support - Chatham
13 per hour (Temporary Contract)
Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
Our client based in Chatham is seeking a motivated individual to join their team on a temporary basis.
Ideally, the successful applicant for this position role will have previous experience in a financial services or support role.
Duties will include, but are not limited to -
- Handling customer queries and providing financial support.
- Assessing individual circumstances to offer appropriate solutions.
- Liaising with customers via telephone and email to discuss account management.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with internal policies.
