Reed Accountancy & Finance is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Credit Controller to join our client’s team in Parkwood, Maidstone. This position starts on a temporary basis with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Role Overview:

As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing and securing the financial health of the company. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Debt Management: Proactively chase outstanding debts through both verbal and written correspondence.
  • Performance Targets: Work towards KPIs and cash targets to reduce days outstanding.
  • Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate repayment terms to ensure timely collections.
  • Account Resolution: Investigate and resolve any issues with client accounts, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Experienced: Demonstrable experience in credit control, with a proven track record of managing debts and meeting targets.
  • Commitment: Available to start immediately and fully commit to a hybrid working arrangement (office-based and remote).
