REED are currently working with a secondary school based around the Chatteris area, supporting them recruit a science teacher to start from April to initially work up until July 2025 with the potential to be extended. 

What You Will Be Doing as a Science Teacher• Delivering engaging Science lessons that inspire students across key stages and make the subject come alive.• Teaching all three sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Physics) to students at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, ensuring they are academically equipped for the future.• Encouraging critical thinking, problem-solving, and a deeper understanding of the scientific world.• Creating a stimulating, challenging, and supportive learning environment that promotes intellectual curiosity and academic success.• Collaborating with other Science Teachers to continuously develop and improve the curriculum.• Supporting students' personal growth, ensuring they are prepared for future challenges and opportunities in the 21st century.We Are Looking For a Science Teacher Who• Holds a recognised Teaching Qualification (QTS or equivalent).• Demonstrates a passion for Science and a desire to inspire students in the subject.• Is dedicated to creating an environment where all students can thrive and succeed.• Possesses the ability to engage, motivate, and challenge students, while developing their love of lifelong learning.• Is committed to the academic and personal success of each student, helping them to grow and excel.• Experience teaching Science at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 is desirable but not essential.
