Labourer - Alton, Hampshire
Solar PV Installations - Commercial project
£13.20 - £16ph dependent on pay method and experience.
This is a temporary role with a duration of 6 weeks and the possibility of an offer for a permanent position.
A great opportunity to start a temporary site labourer role in Alton, Hampshire. You will be working for a leading solar PV installation & renewable energy contractor who's focus is servicing commercial properties.
The company are seeking permanent staff so this opportunity could lead to an offer for a permanent position.
Day to day:
- Moving materials.
- Tidying, litter picking and sweeping.
- Assisting trades.
- Solar PV installations.
- Site safety, helping to maintain a safe working environment.
- Taking instructions from management.
- Reporting and or rectifying hazards.
- An opportunity to learn and take on more complex tasks.
- Panels are general installing on rooftops so heights must not be a problem.
Requirements:
- Must have a CSCS card.
- Must be happy to sit a working at heights course.
- Professional at all times.
- Good work ethic.
- PPE
- Previous experience is not essential but will be beneficial.
- Driving licence is not essential but will be beneficial.
- Good timekeeping.
